It's Wednesday....the start day....at least for Carol and I ....actually we started yesterday.
Colleen and Ron are in...but starting on Monday.
I guess most people don't read e-mail till weekends...it's my business to read mine so I check quite frequently.
I was excited to start the blog and will continue.
Kathy is trying to get to blog...which I imagine most are.
I feel good about no bread so far this week.....the ice cream substitute has worked well...(just kidding)
Carol and I have worked out the last two mornings. Not posting to brag, but to have someone to be accountable to.
Good Night!
